1. Overview & Acceptance

Prayogiki IT Solutions ("Prayogiki", "we", "our", or "us") provides bespoke software development, web engineering, mobile applications, and enterprise technology consultancy. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, 100% of the custom code, designs, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client are assigned to the client. Prayogiki retains ownership of pre-existing core libraries and reusable boilerplates.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client business data, user records, proprietary ideas, and architectural specifications with strict enterprise confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or share proprietary data with third parties.
